If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (from American Candle), please return it to us for a refund.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

When you return your purchase to American Candle, within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your Credit/Debit Card for the price of the item(s).

Here is the easy way to return your items(s):

Include your name, e-mail address, and phone numbers so that we can contact you, if necessary.

Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and American Candle packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit.

Mail your return, at your expense, via the courier of your choice (example: UPS, USPS, Fedex).

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

It may take up to 7-14 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
